If sinners be damned, at least let them leap to Hell over our bodies. If they will perish, let them perish with our arms about their knees. Let no one go there unwarned and unprayed for. ~ Charles Haddon Spurgeon

Misty Morning Walks

For about a week now I've been going on early morning walks with Brittany, and of course, my furry companion Adrian.

It's the prettiest time of day.  The sun is just peeking over the buildings, the air is humid but cool, and people are too busy on their way to school or work to really notice us.

I am done with having dog hair everywhere.  But oh I love this girl so much... if she were any other dog, I'd have given her away by now.  She's so perky and entertaining, and now gets a few squeals out of Joelle.

What a nut! She aimlessly bounds over bushes... and into bushes.

This is the enormous high school down the street: this is just a glimpse of the late-comers.  When they get out in the afternoon for break, it's like watching ants swarm out of an anthill.

oh so crowded!

Brittany, I have such a wonderful time walking with you!
