If sinners be damned, at least let them leap to Hell over our bodies. If they will perish, let them perish with our arms about their knees. Let no one go there unwarned and unprayed for. ~ Charles Haddon Spurgeon

Coconuts and Mango

We're in Thailand!!! I can't believe it. It feels like so long ago that we were talking about all the fun things we were going to do in Thailand while waiting for the baby to come- and now we're here doing them! We've already gorged ourselves on mangos and coconuts... I'm not sure I'll ever get tired of that. mmmm

I began my 9th month a few days ago here in Thailand! This is actually not a maternity dress, but I saw it in the closet before we left and thought "hm, if this fits, I may not sweat to death in Thailand!" What do you know, it fits!

I should keep track of the number of people who tell me I only look 6 months pregnant. Up until our ultrasound yesterday, it worried me to hear that because I thought maybe the baby was too small.... But to use Dr. Poonsak's exact words, "You're going to have a very big baby." !!! He guessed if she came on time, she'd be a 10 pounder!
Ouch.
This picture below was taken not too long before we moved to River City- taken toward the end of September I think. Hard to believe I was wearing a heavy coat and fur-lined boots and now I'm rocking the flip flops everywhere! Oh I love Thailand!

i love the artsy-ness of the river city picture.

and i was told the same thing with my first pregnancy (as far as outside commentators)... i didn't show until I was in my third trimester and got so many ridiculous comments.

by the way, if you have a ten pound baby in there, then you have no other organs in your torso. i'm guessing 7lbs 4oz. ooo! ooo! let's have a weight guessing post! and by "let's" i mean YOU. lets guess her birthday and weight.
