If sinners be damned, at least let them leap to Hell over our bodies. If they will perish, let them perish with our arms about their knees. Let no one go there unwarned and unprayed for. ~ Charles Haddon Spurgeon

Our first Christmas as a Family of 3

Here are our tired faces on Christmas morning!  Scott found these matching shirts for us:

Daddy found this little baseball bat and ball for when Joelle is older.  It looks like she's saying, "I love it, Daddy!"

I found four wall hangings of cute African animals for her room.  I'm so glad she was actually awake when we unwrapped her gifts to her! Not that she'll remember it.

Christmas night our time was Christmas morning for everyone else, so we skyped at our PM to say hi to all the nieces and nephews and aunts and uncles and brothers and sisters and moms and dads.
I snapped a photo of Shanna holding up her babysitting coupon.  It says,
"When you travel back from the east to the land of the free and the home of the BRAVES, this coupon is redeemable for one night of free babysitting and a gift card to a restaurant of your choice."
Anyone who knows us well, knows we'll be making a bee-line for Chili's!

Brigitte sent lots of goodies with my Mom and Dad. Scrapbooking things for me, outfits and an ornament for Joelle and this awesome picture frame for Scott. It says, "Daddy's Little Girl".

Here's another photo of our skype date with Jason and Shanna.  We watched the kids open gifts for several moments. For a second, it almost felt like we were there.

Very Charlie Brown.

Scotts presents from me were several new movies!  Including Shrek Forever After, Meet the Robinsins, The Wedding Singer, The Wedding Planner, Toy Story II and many more.

Scott bought me a Starbucks Christmas mug, a handmade pottery mug and many other things.  Waiting for me back home is a hand carved rocking chair he had special made!! I can't wait to try it out!
